TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER
  • JOB SUMMARY

    As our Total Quality Management (TQM) Officer, you are assigned to manage the company-wide quality policies, processes, procedures, programs and practices, to assure the company of continuous improvement and conformance with appropriate standards and regulations.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·       Handle all technical and quality management tasks including but not limited to standard product specification, DTI and FDA compliance;

    ·       Ensure smooth delivery of after sales service and process, with focus on technical assessment of 3rd party machine repairs and spare parts management;

    ·       Spearhead the implementation of Nespresso recycling program;

    ·       Occupational Health and Safety compliance;

    ·       Issue and crisis management.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering with focus on technical and safety or equivalent.

    ·       With practical experience of TQM processes in operations-focus on after sales service, reverse logistics and recycling.

    ·       Must have knowledge in quality standards and processes.

    ·       At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    ·       Relevant skills in technology is an advantage.
